My Bedtime Routine with This Works

I know everyone loves to chat about their skincare routines, makeup routines & others, but we don't often chat about our nighttime sleep routines. So here I am. Let's talk!

Okay, Let's start by saying that I LOVE sleep. Unfortunately, I don't always get enough of it and it's often hard to stay away. Do you feel me on that one? I find the holiday season especially hard because from a business standpoint it's the fourth quarter. EVERYTHING has to get done ASAP. From a personal standpoint, there's shopping, decorating, traveling or having guests, etc. You get it. It's a hectic time of year and we’re all just trying our best to get it all done.
