Street style with Michael Stars

Having been a street style photographer for many years taught me one thing. Street style, when executed correctly can be taken anywhere. Even to the top of a parking garage in Arizona.

I have recently been OBSESSING over my Michael Stars Adriana A-Line Coat. I have it in both Sequoia & Admiral (pictured in this post). I've also been wearing the Colleen Classic Crew Tee from them (Pictured in white). Michael Stars NEVER disappoints. Their products are top of the line in quality and appearance.

The Adriana A-Line coat is so versatile. You can throw on some chinos, heels, a blouse, & take it to work with you. Giving you that oversized, financial district vibe. Or you can throw on a pair of jeans, a tee, sneakers & give it a casual everyday/weekend look.

I'm always encouraging my audience, if possible, to invest in pieces that are long-lasting and versatile. Originally $298, the Adriana A-Line coat is currently on sale for $208. Quite the steal for something that is going to last you forever.

Michael Stars is so much more than just a clothing brand. Yes. You guessed it. We're getting to my favorite part about most of the brands that I work with. THEY GIVE BACK. You can read more about that here, but I'll share some points I love. As a women-led and family-owned business, Michael Stars believes in investing in equality and humanity.

They have worked with the Joyful Heart Foundation which brings awareness to sexual assault, domestic abuse, and child abuse. In addition to working towards ending those types of violence, they have worked with Step Up Women's Foundation. This foundation goes into underserved communities and offers mentorships for young girls. Having grown up in an underserved community myself, this particular partnership really speaks to me.

I probably sound like a broken record, but it's so important to see if the brands you love, give back. If not, I know that so many brands are willing to listen to suggestions and ideas. Michael Stars supports women, the underserved communities, children and humanity as a whole. If you thought this jacket was swoon-worthy, their philanthropy really adds to that.

While you're browsing their site, be sure to check out the men's tees. The holidays are right around the corner, and I always think a crisp white tee or a soft henley make the perfect gift. If you're not super sure of what to get, or you feel you need some guidance, check out their gift guide here.

In the meantime, if you see me living in my Adriana A-Line Coat in BOTH colors, just look the other way. Or look back and grab one for yourself.

** The items linked were gifted to me by the brand, but all opinions and reviews are my own.
