Meditating With Tuft&Needle x Calm
I feel like I want to start off every public conversation with “I know this year this been A LOT…” but, I feel like we already know how it’s going. Around springtime, I started going to therapy and one of the things my therapist suggested was that I start meditating. Meditation has always been really intimidating for me because I’ve never felt like I could “quiet my thoughts” or do any of that other stuff you hear about.
