Outdoor Must-Haves with Walmart
Hi friends! Before we jump in, just noting that this post is a partnership, but all opinions and reviews are mine.
Okay, so I know summer is coming to a close for some of y’all, but here in Arizona, we’re just getting started. It’s finally getting a little cooler, which means we can hang outside for a bit. So today I’m partnering with my friends at Walmart to share some of my absolute outdoor must-haves.
We’re really big on grilling here at our house, so having the perfect tools like this CusinArt 3-Piece BBQ Tool Set is a MUST. If you have a grill with a gas burner or a grill in general, PLEASE do yourself a favor and grab a cast iron grill pan like this one from Lodge. These are great for meats and other treats. I recently came across a cast iron smores recipe I’m dying to try! Also, if you’re not great at cooking meats like me, this Digital BBQ Grilling Meat Thermometer is a game-changer!
I love versatile products like this Farberware bamboo cutting board. You can use it as a serving board or an actual cutting board. I am also obsessed with chimicurri sauce for my meats, and I often make my own. This Thyme & Table Mortar and Pestle is perfect, and it comes in a few colors. So perfect!
I’ve been eyeing a cast iron dutch oven for a while. Especially because everyone one the planet seemed to buy one during quarantine. Remember the bread making? I saw this one at Walmart and thought I had to have it! It’s a Lodge 5.5 quart, and it’s only $39! That’s an amazing deal for my new bread experiment pot. For now, some summertime pulled pork for sandwiches will do! But please note I will absolutely get on my sourdough starter so that I can make a loaf.
Lastly, you MUST have a hydration station. This Better Homes & Gardens 2 Gallon Glass dispenser is EVERYTHING. You can make whatever you’d like and have it in there for guests to self-serve with ease. I LOVE lemon water, so that’s my thing. But Chase loves Raspberry lemonade. I think that’s what it will have in there most of the time. The glass on this is thick and it’s a perfect size. Thinking of adding cucumber slices and just having it in my entryway. You know like when you go to a fancy hotel and they have fancy water in the lobby? Bougie, I know. I love it!
