Holiday Shopping with Shane Co
Happy Monday, Friends! I recently had the opportunity to visit the new Shane Co in Chandler, Arizona. Now let’s start with the fact that I’ve actually never been to a large jewelry store. I’ve only visited one other boutique, and as you all know, we have our personal family jeweler. However, I realize that we are incredibly lucky to have access to that, and not everyone shares that experience. So I was curious to see what the service would be like, the pieces and the overall feel. Because when I think of big names or larger jewelry brands, I always think of the mall, or the cheesy Christmas commercials. This was nothing like that!
As a family-owned brand, it was beautiful to see what the Shane family has built. I even got to see a Bobbie Shane design in person. So many details and intricate designs. It was all very stunning. I even got to see Rordan Shane, the president, and CEO. Because hello, launching a new store calls for everyone to celebrate. But okay okay, so when you first walk in there’s security, obvi, and you’re greeted by the lovely ladies at concierge. Then Russ came to greet me, and to say I’m obsessed with him is an understatement.
Russ shared some stunning pieces with me and even let me do a little holiday shopping. My favorite part was the education portion of the tour. I even got my ring cleaned. NOW please note that I have never had my ring cleaned because I love my ring, and I’m so afraid something will happen to it if anyone else cares for it. However, I LOVED that I could see everything that was going on. He was even kind enough to explain the entire process for me prior to taking my ring in for a cleaning. It’s also not a long process which was a relief.
Another thing to note is that you can see the Jeweler workshop. Transparency is really big at Shane Co, and personally, I think that’s what makes them stand out from other retailers.
There were lots of pretty pieces I saw and loved, but below are some of my favorites:
Overall, I loved my experience visiting the Shane Co in Chandler. I didn’t feel rushed, or pressured to make a purchase. And yes, I was there as a guest, however there were people shopping there and I LOVED that I saw the same for them. Everyone deserves that personal jeweler experience. If you’re doing some holiday shopping, pop in and say hello. Oh, and let me know what you get!!
xx
